Rates for a count

Prices are in Georgian lari, exclusive of VAT where VAT applies. A study is quoted from the floor, not from a menu of monthly seats. The figures below are starting points so you can decide whether to write.

What moves a quote

Headcount matters, but so does the shape of the week. Three shifts cost more than one. A second building, even across the yard, is another walk. A count-week that includes a public holiday is a bad week; we will say so and suggest another. Travel inside Tbilisi, to Rustavi, Mtskheta, and Telavi is folded into the quote. Kutaisi, Batumi, or a mountain site is named as travel days, not hidden.

Nights are never a pleasant extra. They are written as extra observer-days because Levan or Nino is not in two beds.

Deposits and what they hold

A third of the quoted sum holds the weeks in the diary. The remainder is due when the bound plates (or the census plate) are handed over at the sitting. If you cancel before the first visit, see Refunds. Work already inked is not unwound as if the paper were blank.

What we do not bill

We do not bill “users,” “seats,” or a yearly licence. We do not charge to pin a plate in your canteen. Corrections of our factual errors are not a new study. A second sitting, if the first was interrupted by a shutdown, is not billed if we failed to ask about shutdowns.

How to get a letter

Write with headcount, shift pattern, the address of the floor, and whether a signed book or a clock exists. Tamar answers within two working days with either a letter or a request for one missing fact. Telephone +995 32 555 6580 if the floor cannot wait on mail.
