Workervectorhub Analytics

Hours, absences, and output drawn as plates you can pin on a wall.

Privacy notice

Workervectorhub Analytics (“we”) is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through a commissioned study. The desk is at Level 9, 54 Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi 0160. Write to info@workervectorhub.digital or telephone +995 32 555 6580.

What we collect

From the contact note: name, email, the study you chose, optional workplace type, optional preferred week, and the message you type. We ask you not to send national ID numbers, health details, or payroll files in that note.

From a study: roster extracts you provide (without identity numbers if you follow our request), our notebooks, photographs of plates, and names of shift leads who speak to us. We do not photograph faces. We do not keep a marketing list from a canteen conversation.

From the site: a cookie preference in your browser if you accept or reject the banner, and, if you accept analytics cookies, a coarse count of pages read. See the cookie notice.

Why we keep it

To quote, to walk a floor, to draw plates, to sit a reading, to keep a file copy as agreed, and to answer the law of Georgia if a dispute arises. The legal bases we rely on are the contract for a study, our legitimate interest in running a small Tbilisi practice, and consent where you have chosen analytics cookies.

Retention

Contact notes that do not become a study are deleted after twelve months. Quotes and invoices are kept for the period Georgian accounting rules require. File copies of plates are kept seven years unless you ask in writing that they be destroyed after handover; destruction is confirmed by letter. Notebooks with no remaining engagement are shredded within two years.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, ask for deletion where the law allows, object to a use that rests on legitimate interest, and withdraw cookie consent. Georgia’s personal data protection rules apply. You may also complain to Georgia’s data protection authority. We will not ignore a request because it arrived in Georgian or in English.

International transfers

The website may be hosted on servers outside Georgia. If that is so, we use a host that offers a written processing agreement. Study files themselves stay as paper in Tbilisi unless you ask for a photographed proof by email, in which case your mail system is the path you chose. We do not sell lists.

People on a floor

People we observe are not asked to create accounts. Their faces are not a record. If a plate could identify a small section, we coarsen or omit, as described in our gazette note on absences. Shift leads who speak are named in the file copy as speakers, not as the subject of a bar.
