Legal notice

Refunds, cancellations, and sittings that did not happen

This notice covers studies we actually sell: floor-walks, shift-load censuses, overtime and idle-time mapping, and workforce insight briefings. It does not cover software licences, shipped goods, or class tickets, because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

A refund is considered when you cancel in writing, when we cancel, when a sitting cannot be held for a reason named below, or when we have failed to deliver the plates described in the quote letter. Deposits hold weeks in the diary; they are not souvenirs.

Timeframe

Write to info@workervectorhub.digital or to Level 9, 54 Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi 0160. Telephone +995 32 555 6580 if a floor shutdown is sudden. We acknowledge a refund request within five working days.

Full refund

You receive the sums paid if we cancel, if we cannot obtain access after two agreed attempts that were our fault (wrong date in our diary, our observer ill and no postponement offered), or if you cancel in writing before the first visit and before we have spent a day preparing plates from records you already sent.

Partial refund

If you cancel after the first visit but before plates are bound, we keep the deposit and return the remainder, less observer-days already walked and a materials amount of 80 GEL for ink and paper already cut. If nights were walked, those days are kept in full.

If plates are bound and a sitting is still due, the sitting is the remainder of the job. Cancelling the sitting then is not a refund of the drawing; we will still hand over the bound set and invoice as quoted.

Non-refundable items

Observer-days already walked. Ink and paper already used. Travel days named in a quote for sites beyond Telavi, once the journey has begun. A third-party room hire if you asked us to sit off-site and we had paid a deposit we cannot recover — we will show the receipt.

Work already started

Notebooks, draft photographs, and unfinished plates are work already started. They are not “unused product.” We do not unwind them as if the week were uncounted.

Purchased materials

We do not buy machinery for a client. Paper, board, and thread for the bound set are our materials. If you asked for extra bound copies beyond two, and those copies are already sewn, they are charged and not returned as blank paper.

Deposits

A deposit of one third holds the weeks. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the first visit, the deposit is returned minus 120 GEL for diary administration. Inside fourteen days, the deposit is kept, because another floor could not take the week.

No-shows

If the named person is not at the gate and we cannot stand that day, the observer-day is charged. We offer one reschedule. A second no-show closes the engagement; plates in progress are handed over as-is and the remainder of the quote is due for work already done, not for days not walked.

Rescheduling

Shutdowns, funerals, and public emergency are rescheduled without penalty if you write as soon as the floor knows. A reschedule you request for convenience is allowed once; a second is treated as a cancellation of the original weeks under the deposit rule.

How a refund is paid

Back to the account or cash desk that paid us, in GEL, within fifteen working days after we agree the amount. We do not refund in kind (a free walk) unless you ask for that instead of money.

Exceptions that apply here

We do not refund because a plate is unflattering. We do not refund because a steward asked to look first and the sitting moved by a day. We do refund a sitting fee (if separately named) when we arrive late by more than two hours without notice.

Ask Tamar. The file copy will show what was walked.
