Terms of engagement

These terms govern studies commissioned from Workervectorhub Analytics, Level 9, 54 Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi 0160. By sending a note, paying a deposit, or admitting us to a floor, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not open the door.

The engagement

We provide on-site counting, drawing of plates, and a sitting as described in the quote letter. The quote letter, these terms, and any written change signed by Tamar Beridze are the whole engagement. Marketing pages on this site are description, not a promise of a particular bar on a particular plate.

Your floor, our access

You warrant that you may admit us, that a named person will meet us, and that records you give us may legally be shown. You will not send national ID numbers or health files through the contact note. We may suspend a walk if we are refused ordinary safety equipment or if a person on the floor asks us to leave a station; that station becomes a blank on the plate.

Intellectual property

You own the two bound copies (or the census plate) handed over at the sitting, for use inside your organisation, including hanging them. We own the method, the specimen types, and the file copy kept in Tbilisi. You may not sell our plates as a product, reprint them as training for a third firm, or present them as your own drawing. We will not sell your plates to a neighbour.

Liability

Plates are observations of a named week, not forecasts and not legal advice on Georgian labour disputes. We are not your accountant, advocate, or safety inspector. Our liability for a study is limited to the sum paid for that study, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including liability for intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for lost profit, a strike, or a decision you take after a sitting.

Confidentiality

Floor names, roster extracts, and unpublished plates stay in the cupboard unless you permit a disguised account (as on the Accounts page). We may refer in general terms to a type of workplace (a warehouse, a packing hall) without identifying you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer venue that Georgian law grants. The working language of the engagement is English unless the quote letter states Georgian.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. An engagement already quoted is held to the terms in force on the date of the quote letter unless both sides sign a change.
